Frequently Asked Questions

There is no need to be home when your cleaning crew arrives. Before your cleaning, you can leave entry instructions with a representative. If someone will be home to stay, we ask that they are at least 18 years of age.

 You can schedule a cleaning as often as you’d like. Services can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can schedule a clean before and after a move, deep-cleaning, post-construction clean, etc.

If you have a pet(s), they are also welcome to stay in the home! If your pet is scared and needs extra care, you can designate a safe space for them. Please notify your cleaning representative when booking the services that you have a pet and how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Can I ask to leave a room uncleaned?

Yes. If you prefer we don’t clean an office, a room with a baby, an anxious pet, etc, please let your cleaning representative know.

Is Essential Services and More insured?

Yes! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email [email protected] and we’ll send you our current documentation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us 48 hours notice. There will be no charge. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there will be a $75 fee and the full price will be charged for the same day.

Do I need a deep clean?

We highly recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or clients who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our services on our packages page.
